About the Role
The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program within the Mozilla Infrastructure Organization. The role involves managing end-to-end planning and execution, collaborating with Security, Cloud, and IT teams, and driving program strategy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the IAM program roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Work with engineering to design scalable, secure IAM solutions integrated with legacy systems.
- Implement controls and audits to meet regulatory standards like SOX, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Present updates and risk assessments to senior leadership and governance committees.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 10+ years in program/project management and 3+ years in IAM, security, IT systems, and Cloud environments. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and technical oversight with tools like Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or SailPoint.
