Java Software Engineer
Mount Sigma is seeking a skilled Java Software Engineer for a hybrid or remote position.
Qualifications
- Proven track record and skill in software development, backend or frontend (with deep knowledge of the other).
- Backend stack: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Maven.
- Frontend stack: HTML5 / CSS3 (LESS/SCSS/SASS) / JavaScript(ES6) / Angular / ReactJS / ReduxJS / NextJS / VueJS / ReactNative/Web Components.
- Experience with (test) automation (e.g., Cucumber), continuous delivery, and deployment tools/pipelines.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Helm, Kubernetes on OpenShift.
- Embraced the full shift-left approach: refine, code, test, and deploy your own work in immutable containers in cloud environments.
- Self-motivation for solving technical and functional challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual/architectural understanding.
- Strong interest in recent trends in software development and technology.
- Ability to transfer knowledge to customers through presentations, workshops, documentation, and setting new technology standards.
- Strong social and communication skills; ability to be a sparring partner for business colleagues.

About The Job
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop web-based applications based on interface standards.
