Role Overview

We are seeking a curious, collaborative, and detail-driven Group Finance Manager for a 15 month MAT leave contract. In this role, you will support Mount Anvil's ambitious growth plans and provide critical oversight of group-wide financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive month-end close and prepare internal reporting packs for the board.
  • Manage cash flow and lead weekly cash meetings.
  • Support funding arrangements and oversee consolidation and audit processes.
  • Review group management accounts, balance sheets, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with the offshore finance team and manage one team member.

Required Qualifications

You must be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience, ideally from a Big 4 or a strong second-tier firm. Experience in audit, internal reporting, and financial analysis is essential.
