About the Team

Hello, I'm Savannah, Director of People at Motorway. I am looking for a highly strategic and commercially savvy Senior People Partner. You will work closely with our Product & Engineering and Central Operations teams to drive business growth through smart people initiatives, build high-performing culture, and offer trusted advice to senior leadership.

About the Role

As a Senior People Partner at Motorway, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Your role involves connecting business objectives to people initiatives using insight, experience, and data to shape high-impact strategies.

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Advise senior leadership and translate business strategies into people plans.
  • Commercial Acumen & Impact: Develop people strategies that support revenue growth and profitability.
  • Holistic People Experience Leadership: Collaborate with People Operations, Workplace, and Talent teams for an integrated employee journey.
  • Talent Strategy & Development: Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline management.
  • Organisational Design & Change Leadership: Lead change management initiatives and optimise team structures.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Use advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for HR strategy.

About You

You have experience as a People Partner or HRBP in a large, complex business. You can challenge thoughtfully, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity effectively. With a background in delivering end-to-end people programmes and a strong ability to work with data, you are ready to drive change even when infrastructure is lacking. Inclusion, impact, and healthy, high-performance cultures are central to your work ethic.

Our Interview Process

  • Qualifying Screen - 30 minutes
  • Meet the Director of People - 45 minutes
  • Peer Interview - 1 hour
  • Final Interview (on-site) - 1 hour
