About the Role

As a Front End Developer at Motorola Solutions, you will join the Digital Marketing team to design and develop high-converting landing pages and scalable template systems across platforms such as Ceros, Cvent, and HubSpot. This role blends design with development, using both no-code tools and custom coding to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Develop reusable templates and page components for consistency.
• Extend no-code tools with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Support and develop HubSpot CMS templates and modules.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on performance and UX improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in building marketing websites and landing pages.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery is a bonus).
• Experience with HubSpot CMS and design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser issues.
