About The Role
The Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Motive drives strategy, execution, and scale of revenue growth. Collaborating cross-functionally across the sales and go-to-market organization, this role focuses on enhancing sales productivity via data-driven forecast and pipeline management.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the SMB/Commercial/Mid Market Account Management team.
- Drive business review cadences and performance initiatives.
- Develop and manage key reports and dashboards (Salesforce, G-Suite, Tableau).
- Lead churn forecasting and cross-functional strategic projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership with an operational perspective.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Field Sales/Revenue Operations at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data analysis.
- Experience in building reports, dashboards and sales forecasting.
- Ability to self-start, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
