About The Role
Join the Sales Development team at Motive as a Sales Development Representative for the Enterprise segment. In this role, you will be the first impression of Motive, contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
- Qualify accounts/prspects based on set criteria.
- Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Reschedule or follow up when meetings do not occur.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and drive.
- Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce and previous cold calling experience is a plus.
- Coachability and a team-focused mindset.
- Must work a hybrid schedule in the Toronto office.
- Bachelor's Degree required and Quebec French speaking required.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers on-target earnings between $70,000 and $86,000 CAD. Compensation is influenced by education, experience, and certifications.
