About the Role - Engineering Manager Applied AI

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Applied AI team. The team works on developing intelligent, agentic experiences using bleeding-edge models to automate and optimize physical operations. You will provide leadership in solving critical challenges such as interpreting complex sensor data, building orchestration infrastructure, and designing optimal human-AI interactions.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants must have proven experience managing engineering teams delivering complex AI/ML products. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in software development with substantial exposure to AI/ML, and at least 2 years in engineering management.
