Overview
Join a renowned architecture and design firm located near Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta as a full-time IT Help Desk Specialist. Work with a collaborative and creative team in a fast-paced, design-centric environment while providing crucial IT support.
Role Responsibilities
Support a team of architects and designers by providing hands-on IT support using various technologies.
- Provide IT support for Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Exchange and Active Directory.
- Manage ticketing via Jira and deploy support tools.
- Handle basic networking tasks including VPN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems.
- Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
