About The Role
We’re building an AI-native learning platform designed to help organizations reskill faster and individuals reinvent their careers. Learning here is fully powered by AI—from content creation to practice, feedback, and analytics. No passive courses, just real skill-building at scale.
You’ll join an early product and engineering team shaping what education looks like in the AI era.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own user-facing features across learner, instructor, and org dashboards
- Design and implement full-stack systems powering an AI-driven education platform
- Integrate AI workflows like curriculum generation, automated evaluation, and feedback loops
- Take features end-to-end: design, build, launch, iterate, and monitor
- Collaborate closely with product, design, ML, and go-to-market teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong full-stack experience (JS/TS, Go, Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products is a plus
- Comfortable owning systems across the full software lifecycle
- Startup mindset: adaptable, fast-moving, and highly autonomous
Comp & Location
Base salary range: $120k–$190k + equity & benefitsHybrid in San Mateo or remote (US & Canada)
