About the AI Product Engineer Role
This role involves building market leading software to improve decision making for creative strategists. As an AI Product Engineer at Motion, you will work on features from ideation to launch, integrate AI agents into user facing applications, and work with a small, high-ownership cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Complete a two-day industry and company onboarding.
- Pair with a senior developer to set up the codebase.
- Own a major initiative within the first 3 months.
- Develop user facing features including AI support and creative discovery tools.
Qualifications & Tech Stack
Minimum 5+ years experience with web technologies. Must be proficient with React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure is required. A pragmatic, self-sufficient mindset and passion for building real customer value are essential.
