About the Role
Motion Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administration Officer to join their team. This role is crucial in managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments. You will be part of a supportive team within a leading distributor of industrial supplies.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Generate invoices and credit memos.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
