The Opportunity: Director Strategic Projects

We are now seeking a Director Strategic Projects to spearhead gaming initiatives across the group and drive business development forward. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of gaming within a premium talent management group.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with key gaming publishers to forge strategic partnerships.
  • Develop comprehensive and compelling pitches for gaming clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to attract and retain top clients.
  • Lead initiatives designed to leverage group synergies across MOTHERSHIP TALENTS, YouFirst, and Gersh.
  • Lead and foster cooperation with Gersh in Los Angeles and YouFirst in Madrid, ensuring seamless integration and project execution.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business Development, with a strong preference for experience within the dynamic gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, capable of guiding high-impact projects.
  • Proven experience in designing and successfully implementing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication abilities, crucial for both interpersonal interactions and delivering persuasive pitches.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all strategic and operational tasks.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and the gaming industry landscape.
