Key Responsibilities of a Project Scheduler

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop, maintain, and manage schedules for various project activities.
  • Aggregate and integrate elements of large, complex projects into master schedules.
  • Collect data, build, and update schedules, and produce comprehensive schedule reports.
  • Monitor and document weekly and monthly progress, including critical path analysis and detailed schedule narratives.
  • Develop consultative relationships with customers and team members, proactively addressing business issues.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations, specifically construction and/or service projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling large, complex projects and coordinating trade partners.
  • Strong understanding of critical path methodology and the project life cycle.
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience managing field technician workflow.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and preferably Primavera P6.
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies or similar applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills.
