What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief, including managing communications and scheduling.
  • Coordinate the Command staff's daily activities and ensure effective schedule management.
  • Serve as the key liaison for personnel, hiring, contracts, and finances within the department.
  • Prepare regular reports and well-researched information to support decision-making.
  • Assist in managing special projects and provide regular status updates to Command staff.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in executive-level support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with both PC and Mac platforms.
