What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide complex, confidential executive support to the Executive Director and Division Directors.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain effective communication with the District and Board.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and take minutes for public and committee meetings.
- Interact independently with the public, community leaders, and government officials.
- Conduct research to support executive decision-making, handling sensitive information with discretion.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
- Associate's Degree in Office or Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures, English language, and Oregon public meeting laws.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on Windows.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Valid Oregon Notary Public Certification.
- Experience managing public records and compliance with public meeting laws.
- Proven track record in building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with equity-focused initiatives and community engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
