What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide first-line customer support, ensuring a personalized and efficient customer experience.
- Manage approximately 80-120 inbound calls and emails daily, accurately addressing customer inquiries.
- Process customer orders and requests using SAP, Service Cloud, and/or LIS with high accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve complex issues.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain strict compliance with company standards.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field is required.
- A strong understanding of veterinary diagnostic testing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various web-based applications.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.

- Previous experience within the veterinary field or related industries.
