What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide first-line customer support, ensuring a personalized and efficient customer experience.
  • Manage approximately 80-120 inbound calls and emails daily, accurately addressing customer inquiries.
  • Process customer orders and requests using SAP, Service Cloud, and/or LIS with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve complex issues.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain strict compliance with company standards.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field is required.
  • A strong understanding of veterinary diagnostic testing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various web-based applications.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Prior experience with SAP, Salesforce, and/or LIS systems.
  • Previous experience within the veterinary field or related industries.
  • Possess a positive, outgoing attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
