Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner at Mosaic North America is a contract role for 6 months with possibility of extension. The role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiter passionate about identifying top talent quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment with speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Manage high-volume requisitions with productivity and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including social media and job boards.
- Network proactively, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates.
- Develop understanding of client programs and required candidate profiles.
- Promote Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to candidates.
- Conduct prescreens, interviews, and candidate presentations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS and respond to urgent hiring needs.
- Research and implement new sourcing channels and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation.
- Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door-to-door or promotions is an asset.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in recruitment platforms and technology.
- Goal-driven with history of meeting/exceeding KPIs and strong attention to detail.
