Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate Roles

Mosaic North America is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our corporate team on a 3-month contract basis. This role focuses on recruiting for a variety of corporate marketing and creative positions. If you are a recruiter passionate about creative talent and marketing organizations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate marketing and creative roles.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders to understand talent needs and timelines.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized creative talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Provide recruitment insights, market feedback, and status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Corporate Recruiter.
  • Prior experience recruiting creative, marketing, or communications roles is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, corporate or agency environment.
