Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate Roles
Mosaic North America is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our corporate team on a 3-month contract basis. This role focuses on recruiting for a variety of corporate marketing and creative positions. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate marketing and creative roles.
- Partner with Marketing leaders to understand talent needs and timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized creative talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Provide recruitment insights, market feedback, and status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Corporate Recruiter.
- Prior experience recruiting creative, marketing, or communications roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced, corporate or agency environment.
