What You Will Do as an Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing their designated client in the consumer electronics portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Project & Timeline Management: Manage all program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for your account. Proactively track progress against the plan, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met. Deliver against and exceed client expectations.
- Client Services: Work closely with your client to oversee the planning, execution, delivery, and reconciliation of multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Field, Operations, Analytics, and Events.
- Adaptability: Respond to changing client, program, team, and organizational needs and requirements with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions.
- Details Obsessed: Act as the voice of both your client and the program, ensuring accuracy of details. Thorough note-taking, asking important questions, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills are vital.
Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years project management experience in an agency environment or in the wireless industry.
- Experience in the wireless and retail industry is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams within a working environment.
- Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables.
- Excellent Google Workspace skills (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, etc.).
- Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally.
