About The Role
The Director of Administration drives operational excellence of the San Francisco office by aligning people, operations, and resources with the firmwide priorities. This role partners closely with the Office Managing Partner and CAO to provide strategic, tactical, and administrative leadership.
- Lead strategic planning and operational execution for the office.
- Optimize infrastructure, staffing, and cost management.
- Guide complex projects and collaborate on firmwide initiatives.
- Develop and support administrative teams through coaching and performance reviews.
- Ensure high service levels, secure office operations, and effective communication.
About You
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment. You have a proven record in leadership, change management, operational excellence, project management, and strategic planning. Strong communication, financial, and IT skills are essential.
