About Morphea

At Morphea, we don't just sell mattresses. We create zones of comfort, spaces where you can recover, feel good, and truly sleep better. Our mission: to reinvent sleep with a more human, more design-oriented, and more accessible approach. And to support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Agent to take care of our clients, just as we take care of their sleep.

Your Role

You will be at the heart of the customer experience. Your objective: to transform every interaction into a smooth, reassuring, and pleasant moment. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage customer requests (email, chat, phone)
  • Track orders, deliveries, and returns
  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide after-sales service and follow-up
  • Manage administrative aspects (invoicing, orders, carrier disputes)
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams
  • Identify points of friction and propose improvements

Candidate Profile

  • First experience in customer service / e-commerce appreciated (internship or work-study OK)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Natural empathy + solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with digital tools (Shopify, Gorgias, or equivalent = bonus)
  • You enjoy helping, understanding, and solving problems
