The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Scrum Master at Morningstar who can manage multiple teams and be a strong voice in our chapter. You will master Agile methodologies including Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Your role involves experimenting with various methods, teaching agility fundamentals, and continuously seeking improvement through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Empower teams using Agile methodologies to optimize customer value.
- Manage 4-5 cross functional teams through all product phases.
- Mentor team members on best engineering practices and Agile principles.
- Lead and track sprint progress ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Drive changes in core processes and adapt to evolving needs.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will build a world-class financial services experience for investors and financial advisers. You will collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product professionals to create innovative and iterative solutions. This role gives you the freedom to experiment and innovate while delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical education and work experience.
- At least 5 years hands-on Agile Scrum Master experience.
- CSM, PSM, or SAFe 6.0 Agile certification.
- Understanding of SDLC and proficiency in tools like Jira Cloud or ASANA.
- Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams.
Work Environment
