Department Profile
Within the WM Product Technology (WMPT) division, you will be part of a dynamic team developing technology solutions for the Private Banking Group. You will contribute to products including cash management, lending, and online banking services for a nationwide network.
Position Description
You will analyze processes across banking product domains, create detailed user stories, mentor team members, and act as a liaison among business, technology, and management teams. Participation in design discussions, Agile sprints, and QA testing are key responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate in a global multi-discipline team.
- Create and refine user stories including workflows and use cases.
- Mentor junior team members and drive quality deliverables.
- Act as a subject matter expert in banking product domains.
- Assist in QA testing and resolve project issues.

- 10+ years in a business analyst role.
- Hands-on SQL skills with database understanding.
- Experience in Agile frameworks and user story creation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and willingness to learn.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in financial services with banking and deposits.
- Ability to create user flows and UI mockups.
- Basic knowledge of Java or pseudo code.
