About the Role

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President for Senior AI Solutions in Data & Analytics Engineering. The role focuses on designing, architecting, and optimizing data-intensive systems with a strong emphasis on AI, including Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), traditional AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

Team and Environment

This role is part of the Firmwide Data Office which collaborates globally across New York, London, Budapest, India, and Shanghai. It involves working with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to innovate and solve complex business problems using cutting-edge AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop state-of-the-art GenAI and AI solutions.
  • Integrate Knowledge Graph, LLMs, and multiagent systems.
  • Leverage NLP techniques for language understanding and data-driven tasks.
  • Architect scalable, efficient data systems for massive structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Utilize machine learning frameworks for training, fine-tuning and optimizing models.
  • Stay updated with trends in AI, NLP, LLMs, and big data technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and business value delivery.
  • Communicate complex model results through compelling visualizations.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree (B.E, Master’s, or PhD) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying GenAI models with real business value.
  • Over 12 years of overall working experience with 8+ years in traditional AI methodologies, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Pandas, PySpark, TensorFlow, and XGBoost.
  • Expertise in big-data technologies and designing scalable data architectures.
  • Knowledge of multiagent systems, Semantic Knowledge Graphs and integration into AI workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
