Position Summary
The Registered Client Service Associate provides exceptional service to our clients while supporting Financial Advisors (FAs), Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs), and their teams on a daily basis. In this role, you will build trusted relationships through regular interactions with clients and lead with a client-first mindset, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to assist with everyday client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
- Execute money movement transactions at client or team request.
- Answer general non-investment related client account questions.
- Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation.
- Educate and enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
- Onboard and maintain client accounts collecting necessary documentation.
- Provide detailed account information regarding investments, risk tolerance and objectives.
- Accept and enter orders in a clerical capacity per direction.
- Support marketing strategies including website maintenance.
- Assist teams in meeting business plans and client service models.
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
- Participate in training, special projects and other duties as directed.
Administrative Support:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and service request updates.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Maintain travel itineraries, expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- Perform in-office support functions such as copying, filing, and scanning.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for processing.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or Equivalency is required; a college degree is preferred. Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) are required alongside two or more years of industry experience. A strong understanding of various financial products, advanced Microsoft Office skills, exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills are essential.
