Overview

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to clients while supporting Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, or teams on a daily basis. This role focuses on building trusted relationships through regular interactions and assisting clients with their everyday needs.

Client Support

The role includes providing service coverage for a FA/PWA/team by:

  • Supporting the team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships
  • Executing money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA requests
  • Answering general non-investment related client account questions
  • Entering profile information and pre-filling documentation
  • Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
  • Assisting with marketing strategy support, including website maintenance
  • Helping deliver the business plan and client service model
  • Staying current on policies, procedures, new platforms, and training initiatives

Administrative Support

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and sending invites with Zoom credentials
  • Maintaining travel itineraries, expense reports, and processing reimbursements
  • Assisting with in-office tasks such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation

Education, Experience, Knowledge, And Skills

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). The candidate must have strong organizational, writing, interpersonal, and time management skills, and must be willing to obtain necessary financial licenses (Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, or Series 65). Industry experience is a plus.
