About Project Manager / Director, Software Engineering at Morgan Stanley
Join our FRPPE-FinTech team based in Mumbai. This role plays a key part in transforming how Morgan Stanley operates by leveraging innovative technology solutions in the financial sector.
What You’ll Do
- Drive cross-team projects across development, infrastructure, and security.
- Conduct business analysis and document current and future state solutions.
- Oversee and track technology initiative portfolios with global counterparts.
- Coordinate preparation for governance forums and steering committees.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and identify key deliverables.
Who You Are
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services.
- Technical understanding with experience in project management for FinTech.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Experience with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and finance domain knowledge.
