We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Development Manager, focusing on Fund Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end project delivery for critical portfolio accounting initiatives. This involves a comprehensive approach, from gathering detailed requirements and facilitating design reviews to meticulously managing rollout plans, including robust QA processes, thorough user testing, and effective staff training.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for user support, efficiently tracking client issues and prioritizing post-implementation enhancements to ensure continuous improvement. A key aspect of this position is coordinating seamlessly across global business and technology teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

The Product Development team is the strategic engine within the MSFS technology ecosystem. This team ensures our platforms deliver seamless performance for clients and colleagues daily, while also spearheading transformative changes across the business. Through deep partnership with our Technology department, the team is actively reimagining operational workflows and enhancing how clients and their investors engage with MSFS, enabling breakthrough innovation and an elevated user experience. Product Development is also at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies, including robotics and artificial intelligence, to achieve greater scale, efficiency, and operational excellence for MSFS and its stakeholders.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Manage and implement strategic priorities for the Portfolio Accounting platform.
• Lead requirement gathering, testing, system rollouts, data conversion, and integration projects.
• Provide user support, track issues, and manage enhancement requests post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and hedge fund accounting (Valuation, Reconciliation, OTCs, etc.).
• Experience implementing fund terms and understanding accountancy principles.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, testing, and system rollouts.
• Familiarity with digital solutions such as robotics, automation, data analytics, and visualization.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders for prioritization and tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams and complex matrix environments.
• CA/MBA/CFA/Engineer with 5+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in process improvement or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Access).
• Knowledge of databases and project management tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
• Understanding basic Gen AI concepts and usage is a plus.
