Job Description
Position Summary
The Private Wealth Management International Client Service Associate Bilingual Spanish English provides exceptional client service supporting Financial Advisors (FAs), Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and their teams every day. The role is focused on building trusted client relationships with a client first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Support FA/PWA/team to cultivate and enhance client relationships.
- Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients and advisors.
- Answer non-investment related account questions and relay account information.
- Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation.
- Educate clients on digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- Support marketing strategies including website maintenance.
- Assist in delivering business plans and client service models.
- Remain current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
- Participate in firm initiatives, training programs, and special projects.
Administrative Support:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and event logistics.
- Maintain travel itineraries, expense reports, and reimbursement processes.
- Provide general in-office support such as copying, filing, and scanning.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for processing.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, holds a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), and demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office skills. They should be detail oriented with superior organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. Industry experience is a plus and willingness to obtain necessary Series licenses is required.
