Position Summary

The Private Wealth Management Client Service Associate provides exceptional service to clients while supporting Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and teams on a daily basis. The role focuses on building trusted relationships through regular interaction and by putting the client first.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Support:

  • Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication.
  • Process client requests and resolve inquiries, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
  • Identify and assist with firm services including banking and digital offerings.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts and process various transactions.
  • Prepare financial plans, reports, and materials for client meetings.
  • Review and act on client account alerts.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Financial Advisors to develop a business plan and client service model.
  • Support marketing strategies and plan client events and seminars.
  • Engage in training programs and participate in firm initiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties including travel arrangements, calendar maintenance, and expense reporting.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Candidates should be willing to obtain necessary licenses (Series 7, Series 66/63/65) and ideally possess two or more years of industry experience. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills are essential along with strong computer skills and a solid understanding of financial services products.
