Division Profile
The Anti-Money Laundering Risk team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and escalating money laundering and reputational risks. Embedded within the Firm’s business lines, the team supports client due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and negative news processes.
Team Overview
The Program Design Group (PDG) delivers technology solutions for the 1L FCR department. The Build Team develops and supports systems used for AML, KYC, screening, onboarding, and other first line risk processes. This role is dedicated to production and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake, log, and track production and post-production issues.
- Monitor, triage, and support resolution of system issues.
- Perform structured root-cause analysis comparing system behavior with business requirements.
- Update issue-tracking tools and provide clear status updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Experience & Required Skills
- 6-9 years in technology, business analysis, operations or production support.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform detailed system analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools; familiarity with Financial Crimes concepts is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
