Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Capabilities AVP to join their Digital Marketing Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to enhance and support the critical platform capabilities that drive Morgan Stanley's digital marketing initiatives. Your work will involve seamless integration and functionality of digital marketing tools and platforms, working hand-in-hand with technology squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmapping & Strategy Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and fostering collaboration across internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage closely with various stakeholder teams to successfully drive the development and launch of new platform capabilities.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Methodically gather product requirements through diligent stakeholder communication and translate them into clear user stories or comprehensive technical specifications.
- Product Capability Launch Support: Provide essential support for the execution of new capabilities and meticulously coordinate product launches.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze key product performance metrics to guide continuous improvements and inform future iterations of the platform.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training: Effectively communicate updates and provide necessary training or product materials to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Relevant Experience: Possess 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related domain, with a strong focus on product management or business analysis.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and various tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights is crucial.
- Soft Skills: Exhibit strong communication, effective stakeholder management, superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial services domains, including payments and wealth management, alongside an understanding of relevant regulatory considerations.
