The Role

The Operations Senior Analyst - Parametric is responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships during onboarding and servicing existing relationships. This role is part of the Institutional Onboarding Team under the Client Relations Group (CRG) within Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge of client statuses and needs.
  • Deliver excellent, customized customer service through effective internal coordination.
  • Serve as the lead contact for new onboarding clients and manage parts of existing relationships.
  • Assist team members with inquiries, onboarding guidance, and escalation of complex issues.
  • Monitor and verify adherence to Private Placement Procedures and support cross-functional operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in operations, project management, or client services.
  • Working knowledge of financial services and investment products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to embrace technology and enhance processes.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and participation in incentive plans.
