Role Overview
The Onboarding Project Manager will be part of the Global Equity Solutions group and will manage client onboarding projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of equity administration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for corporate clients during onboarding.
- Utilize templates, tools, and processes to set milestones.
- Gather client requirements and communicate with technical teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Conduct project reviews, provide status reports, and assess risks.
- Ensure consistent data maintenance and enforce deadlines.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years in managing software and implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with equity compensation management software such as Equity Edge Online or Shareworks, and familiarity with Salesforce and TaskRay is preferred.
- Knowledge of cap table management is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
