Market Risk Data Governance Associate

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate to join the Market Risk team within Firm Risk Management. This division is responsible for advising businesses on risk mitigation, developing risk analysis tools, and leading regulatory initiatives. What You’ll Do In The Role

  • Participate in setting and executing data standards, data architecture, data processes, and requirements for the Market Risk Department and the Risk Management Division.
  • Engage in data-related strategic programs targeting BCBS 239 implementation, including Risk Data Catalog, Risk Data Aggregation, and Data Lineage.
  • Deliver high-quality management information to support senior stakeholders in data-related project decision-making.
  • Support firmwide data strategy efforts and represent the Market Risk Department's interests.
  • Interface and manage relationships with internal stakeholders in Risk Management, Technology, and Front Office divisions.
