Overview

Morgan Stanley is seeking a skilled Lead AI Business Analyst to drive the development and enhancement of Conversational and Generative AI solutions. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and develop business requirements for AI applications.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Document functional and system specifications using JIRA.
• Prioritize requirements based on user needs and project constraints.
• Create process models, charts, and diagrams.
• Manage user acceptance testing and release activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation.
• Monitor chat data to optimize AI performance.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Collaborate in building and maintaining virtual assistants.

Qualifications

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent, with 4-5 years professional experience including 3 years as a Business Analyst. Experience in designing digital applications, especially using Conversational and Generative AI, is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Financial Services Industry experience.
• Expertise with Conversational AI platforms like Kore.ai and OpenAI.
• Understanding of user experience and conversation design.
• Experience with Natural Language Understanding and Knowledge Graphs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA tool.
