Department Overview

The ISG Financial Crimes Risk (FCR) Team identifies, assesses, and escalates potential money laundering and reputational risks. It is the first line of defense, supporting onboarding and enhanced due diligence processes.

Primary Responsibilities

The Financial Crimes Risk Policies Training VP/Associate will support the development, implementation, and oversight of the team’s policies, procedures, and training initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, review, and maintain policies aligning with regulatory and business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, create clear materials and assess training effectiveness.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish a governance framework, partner with stakeholders, and participate in forums.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Develop metrics, KPIs and provide regular compliance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Required experience includes 4-7 years in a financial crimes/AML environment, expertise in training program development and policy creation, and experience collaborating with senior executives. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Compensation

Expected base pay ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 per year, with the final offer determined individually along with additional incentives and benefits.
