Job Description

Investor Services Associate, Fund Services

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Investor Services Associate, responsible for day-to-day investor services, processing investor activity, and keeping management informed of operational issues.

Established in 2004, Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS) is a global business within the Institutional Equities Division (IED), providing fund administration services for over $700 billion in assets across 350+ hedge funds, private equity, and large family office clients. Our comprehensive offering includes accounting and investor services, portfolio analytics, middle-office functions, regulatory and financial reporting, and tax services. Our diverse team of 1,400 highly skilled employees operates globally from locations such as New York, London, Glasgow, Dublin, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hong Kong. Joining MSFS means stepping into a dynamic environment rich with opportunities for personal growth and innovation, where your career is a journey fueled by collaboration, challenge, and significant impact.

The MSFS Investor Services ("IS") team manages share registers and supports every aspect of the investment cycle. This team is central to fund operations, safeguarding critical investor information—from transactions and contacts to up-to-date balances—and ensuring smooth processing from initial inquiry through ongoing support. As an Investor Services Associate, you will be a key part of the client experience, coordinating the distribution of offering documentation, and processing investor subscriptions and redemptions. You will also provide essential services such as statement distribution, addressing investor queries, and managing change requests. MSFS IS offers significant opportunities for skill development, leadership, and direct impact on investor success, combining technical excellence with client-first service and industry-leading standards.

  • Provide investors and their nominees with statements, contract notes, and other documentation.
  • Produce MIS and other internal operational reports to assist in the team's effective operation.
