Work Arrangement & Team
This role follows a hybrid working model (office 3 days/week and remote/flexible for the remainder). The Investment Strategy team creates compelling investment narratives, turns research into actionable portfolios, and works on custom analysis, mandate design, strategy evolution, and new product development. Team members interact with clients, present at events, and produce thought leadership content.
About The Role: Investment Strategy Coordinator Analyst
The mission of the Investment Strategy Coordinator Analyst is to accelerate team productivity. The candidate will oversee work management, schedule meetings, flag at-risk deadlines, and ensure resources are appropriately allocated. Acting as a trusted liaison for internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Research, Business Development, and Client Relations, the role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage work via work management systems, templates, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for timely work completion.
- Monitor and route incoming work requests and ensure follow-up.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate calendar management, meeting preparation, and material distribution.
- Provide workflow improvements and maintain process documentation.
- Participate in broader team projects as needed.
Job Qualifications
Required Experience: 1+ years
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree
Primary Skills: Organizational ability, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Good To Have Skills
Customer service experience and familiarity with Confluence, Salesforce, or Workfront.
