Internal Audit Vice President Global Compliance
Morgan Stanley is seeking a financial services professional to join our Compliance Audit team. This role is part of the Internal Audit Division which provides an independent view on the most important risks facing our firm and oversees our Legal and Compliance audit program.
Role Overview
The candidate will:
- Lead assurance activities assessing risks and controls.
- Identify emerging risks and offer actionable insights.
- Collaborate globally to align projects with department priorities.
- Provide Compliance and Regulatory subject matter expertise.
- Coach and mentor team members.
Qualifications
This role requires:
- Advanced industry knowledge of global markets and relevant regulations.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, risk assessments and reporting.
- Effective communication of risk and impact across audiences.
- Change and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive focus on risks.
- Relevant certifications such as CIA, CAMS, or CFCS are preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience.

Location & Compensation
This position is based in New York, NY with an expectation to work in-office 4 days a week. Expected base pay ranges between $135,000 and $202,500 per year, subject to individual determination as part of a total compensation package.
