Role Summary - Executive Director, Program Manager - Business Transformation Services

This role provides program management support for strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, or integration efforts. The focus is on program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, budgetary tracking, and management reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning with all impacted disciplines.
  • Create governance structures for managing complex programs.
  • Build and maintain a program roadmap with business partners.
  • Manage dependencies with legal, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Provide transparency on progress towards project goals.
  • Document requirements, changes in scope and assumptions comprehensively.
  • Monitor project risks and ensure escalation when needed.
  • Track costs and resource allocations effectively.
  • Manage project managers and consultants to meet firm priorities.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a BS/BA degree (advanced degrees a plus) and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in project or product management, or technology, preferably in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or consulting. Occasional travel may be required. Strong leadership, excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is essential.

Work Location

This role will be based in either Dallas, TX or Westchester, NY.
