Role Overview
The Executive Administration Associate Cyber Data Risk & Resilience supports the Asia Regional CIO. Key responsibilities include managing communications, calendar and travel logistics, coordinating conferences and administrative activities, as well as acting as a liaison with high-level executives and their assistants.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Asia Regional CIO including telephone and message handling.
- Manage the CIO's calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls, and prioritize tasks.
- Coordinate conference room setups, travel logistics and expense reimbursements.
- Engage in client interaction and maintain relationships with counterparts.
- Assist with confidential document handling, filing systems and backup support tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- A team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in covering different teams and roles.
