About the CRM Business Analyst Role
Morgan Stanley is a global financial services firm and market leader in investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. At Morgan Stanley Budapest, the team works across Technology, Mathematical Modeling, Finance, Risk Management, Operations and Data & Analytics. Our Wealth Management Financial Advisor Platforms Team is responsible for implementing technology tools and solutions for Financial Advisors and branch support staff.
Role Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and testers to design and deploy enterprise CRM solutions.
- Engage with legal, risk, and compliance teams ensuring alignment with firm policies.
- Maintain agile work practices, manage multiple initiatives, and support post-deployment.
- Train user personnel and promote a data-driven mindset.
Experience & Skills
Experience with CRM products and strong solution development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC) is required. Effective communication, troubleshooting, and an eye for design are key. SQL skills and familiarity with Salesforce are a plus. Proficiency in MS applications and project management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
Educational & Professional Requirements
BS/BA in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are a plus. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs.
