About the Client Service Associate Role
Morgan Stanley is looking for a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service, supporting Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams. This role is focused on building trusted client relationships and delivering seamless client support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team by:
- Supporting client relationship management and money movement transactions.
- Answering non-investment related account inquiries.
- Entering client profile information and documentation.
- Educating clients on digital tools like MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- Assisting with marketing strategy and firm initiatives.
Administrative Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate travel, and process expense reports.
Education, Experience and Skills
Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or Equivalency. A college degree is preferred along with industry experience. A willingness to obtain relevant Series licenses (Series 7, 66, 63, 65) is expected. Candidates should be detail oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and excellent in writing, interpersonal communication, and client service.
