Position Summary

The Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley provides exceptional support to Financial Advisors and teams, building trusted client relationships through daily interactions. The role involves assisting clients with their everyday needs and ensuring service excellence.

Client Support

Support the FA/PWA/team in:

  • Cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
  • Executing money movement transactions as requested
  • Answering non-investment related account questions
  • Handling client documentation tasks
  • Educating clients in digital tools
  • Supporting marketing strategies and special projects

Administrative Support

  • Answering inbound/outbound phone calls and scheduling follow-ups
  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Handling travel itineraries and preparing expense reports
  • Supporting general in-office functions such as copying and filing

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

The role typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Industry experience is a plus. The candidate should be detail oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, writing, client service, and time management skills are essential. A willingness to obtain relevant Series licenses is also required.
