About the Role: Client Service Associate

Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s), Private Wealth Advisor(s), and teams daily. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with clients through regular interactions and a client-first mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Support:

  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication.
  • Process client requests, resolve inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Authenticate client requests and manage account documentation.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts, managing risk and transactions.
  • Input orders and discuss reinvestment options as directed by advisors.
  • Prepare financial plans, client reports, and meeting materials.
  • Review and act on client account alerts.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans.
  • Support marketing efforts and coordinate client events.
  • Engage in continuous training on firm priorities and platforms.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, travel, and expense reports.
  • Participate in firm initiatives and peer collaboration.

Education, Experience, and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and two or more years of industry experience. Willingness to obtain Series 7 and other relevant licenses is required. Key skills include:

  • Strong industry and product knowledge
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills
  • Detail orientation and superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team collaboration
  • Understanding of financial services products including equities, bonds, and more
