Business Overview

The Analytics & Data organization is a key growth area within the Wealth Management Division, driving executive reporting, insights, and predictive modeling to enhance data-driven decision making and client experience.

Role Overview

As the Bank Analytics & Data Vice President Wealth Management, you will work as a player-coach, focusing on analytics, reporting, and strategic insights for US Banks. You will distribute reports to senior management, build hypotheses and analyses, and provide actionable insights, while leading meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Analytics & Data, Product, Technology, and Marketing.
  • Support and develop client segmentation models using consolidated data.
  • Distribute reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Synthesize key findings to solve business problems and generate insights.
  • Provide leadership to transform data into strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Manage and coach a team of 4-5 professionals.

Qualifications & Required Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or mathematics is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. You must have 9-15 years overall experience in Data & Analytics (with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role), preferably in the financial services industry. The role requires strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and hands-on data analytics, along with familiarity with tools such as Dataiku, Snowflake, Hue, Salesforce, and Tableau. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential.
