The Analytics & Data organization within the Wealth Management Division is key to executing our wider strategy. They own executive reporting, insights, predictive modeling and data-driven decision making that drive growth across client segments.
Role Overview
The Bank Analytics & Data Director, Wealth Management will support US Banks with hands-on analytics, insights generation, and business intelligence. The role involves delivering key reports, performing analytical deep dives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and develop innovative data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support US-based colleagues with KPI reporting and client profile analysis.
- Leverage disparate data sources to create and maintain new datasets.
- Create comprehensive reporting and visualization suites.
- Design and develop automated analytical solutions.
- Partner with Data Strategy, Infrastructure, and Tech teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or mathematics (advanced degree preferred) and at least 3 years in Data & Analytics (6-10 years overall), with financial services industry experience being preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on data analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Exposure to tools like Dataiku, Snowflake, Hadoop, DB2, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting across geographic locations.
