Overview
Morgan Stanley at Work, a division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, is seeking an Automation Architect VP to lead strategic automation initiatives through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and emerging AI technologies. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, drive scalability and governance in technology delivery, and ensure high-quality execution of automation projects.
Role Responsibilities
As the Automation Architect VP you will:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of developers, analysts, and testers.
- Ensure scalable and secure delivery of automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Foster collaboration between global teams including India based delivery.
- Monitor, report, and optimize the performance of automation initiatives.
People Management & Communication
Manage and mentor teams, develop strong relationships across departments, and maintain effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders. You will coach team members, manage project deliverables and balance day-to-day tasks with long-term vision.
Technical Qualifications
The role demands:
- Expertise in RPA, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data governance, risk management, and integration of AI APIs.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with 12+ years of technology delivery experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
